PRIVACY STATEMENT
flatform.com takes your privacy very seriously. Your information is used by us and never shared or sold to any third party. The information we collect is used to ensure that your order is accurately despatched and for internal marketing purposes only. We may collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and secondly, so that with your consent, we may from time to time bring to your attention special offers or promotions from ourselves. The type of information we will collect about you if you place an order with us includes:

• address
• phone number
• email address
• credit/debit card details We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. The personal information that we hold will be held securely in accordance with governing UK law. We will not email you in the future unless you have given us your consent, and you can at any time have yourself removed from our email database by clicking the clearly identifiable link at the bottom of any communication we send you. We will never pass on your email address or any other details to a 3rd party without your consent.

COOKIES
We use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a cookie that would be stored on your computer. A cookie is a simple text file that contains information about your interaction with a specific website, and cannot be read by any other site apart from the one that created it. We do not record information like your credit card details or address in a cookie. WARRANTEE
All Flatform products are covered by a 5 year warrantee against faulty materials and / or workmanship from date of delivery. To make a claim, first inform us of your claim in writing by e-mail, fax or letter. After we confirm receipt of your notification, the goods should be returned to our returns address in a suitably secure manor. Simply request a returns slip via email to eturns@flatform.co.uk, stating your order reference number.

RETURNS AND CANCELLATION POLICY
We are confident that you will be satisfied with your purchase, however, if for whatever reason, you are not completely satisfied, simply request a returns slip via email to returns@flatform.co.uk, stating your order reference number. Then return them to our returns address within 10 days of receipt and we will give you a complete refund less the original delivery costs and less a 20% administrative fee. Regarding cancellation of order. Cancellation must be made via our email address sales@flatform.com, giving your name and contact details plus the order number as per the confirmation of order you received at the time of order placement.

If the goods have not already left our premises, we will refund your payment less a 5% administration fee. If the goods have already left our premises, then the returns policy as above will apply.

FOR BOTH WARANTEE AND RETURNS
It is essential that you send the product back in its original packing or equivalent. Items cannot be damaged, scratched, or otherwise altered from their original selling condition. You are responsible for any damage done during shipment back to us. Shipping costs for return to us are your responsibility.

DELIVERY POLICY
Within the UK – All items will be delivered using a reputable transport company (i.e TNT). We will endeavour to deliver all products within 2 weeks, but please allow up to 4 weeks in some cases - you will be notified by email.

VAT
The final price you pay for your selected items will include VAT at the standard rate of 17.5%.

PAYMENT
Full payment is required with your order.
